  1. Shamanic cultures, snake was a symbol of healing by shedding old skin for women. Religion men came along and destroyed that completely, then corrupted it and turned it evil. Then they did it to the dragon, which is /was the collective level of that for the divine and immortal women. I would say religious propeganda (and now tech sciences and corporate heads) has always been evil and the artists keep that patriarchal lie alive.
